This precedes return-to-duty testing and must be managed by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for up to 5 years. This is in addition to the standard DOT drug testing policies and cannot be substituted for other tests.

Return-to-Duty drug test are preformed after one of the three incidents occur:

*Positive drug/alcohol test result

*Violation of Specific drug rule/policy (any form of refusal)

*Violation of Specific alcohol rule/policy (any form of refusal)
